Stick Side Bend Stretch Instructions

  1. Stand tall holding a PVC stick wider than shoulder width.
  2. Press the stick overhead with arms locked.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  4. Bend the body sideways to one side keeping the stick overhead.
  5. Reach the stick over the head as the body leans.
  6. Feel the stretch through the obliques and lats.
  7. Hold with steady breath.
  8. Return to center. Switch sides and repeat.
