- Stand tall holding a PVC stick wider than shoulder width.
- Press the stick overhead with arms locked.
- Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
- Bend the body sideways to one side keeping the stick overhead.
- Reach the stick over the head as the body leans.
- Feel the stretch through the obliques and lats.
- Hold with steady breath.
- Return to center. Switch sides and repeat.
