  1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Clasp your hands behind your back.
  3. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  4. Hinge at the hips to fold the torso forward over the legs.
  5. As you fold lift the clasped hands up over your head.
  6. Allow the head to hang relaxed.
  7. Feel the stretch through the hamstrings, back, and shoulders.
  8. Hold for several breaths then come back up slowly.
