Standing One Arm Circling Instructions

  1. Stand with the feet hip width apart.
  2. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  3. Lift one arm out to the side.
  4. Begin circling the arm forward in a big arc.
  5. Continue the circle for the working set.
  6. Reverse the direction and circle backward.
  7. Keep the other arm at the side.
  8. Finish then switch sides.
