The standing one arm circling is a single arm mobility drill that uses big controlled circles. The mover circles one arm at a time through a full range of motion. It is useful for shoulder warm-up and rehab.

Standing One Arm Circling Instructions
- Stand with the feet hip width apart.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Lift one arm out to the side.
- Begin circling the arm forward in a big arc.
- Continue the circle for the working set.
- Reverse the direction and circle backward.
- Keep the other arm at the side.
- Finish then switch sides.
