Side Plank Bent Leg Lift Instructions

  1. Lie on the side with the bottom forearm on the floor.
  2. Bend the bottom knee for support.
  3. Stack the hips and shoulders.
  4. Brace your core and lift the hips into a side plank.
  5. Extend the top leg straight.
  6. Lift the top leg up toward the ceiling.
  7. Squeeze the glute medius at the top.
  8. Lower with control. Finish then switch sides.
