Description
The roll ball iliopsoas is a self myofascial release drill for the deep hip flexor. A small ball pressed into the iliopsoas just inside the hip bone releases tightness from prolonged sitting and heavy training.

Roll Ball Iliopsoas Instructions
- Lie on the floor face down.
- Place a small massage ball below and inside the hip bone.
- Brace the upper body on the forearms.
- Keep the body relaxed over the ball.
- Take slow deep breaths.
- Allow the iliopsoas to relax onto the ball.
- Move the ball gently to find tender spots.
- Continue for the working time then switch sides.
