Description
The roll ball foot is a self myofascial release drill for the arch of the foot. Rolling a small ball under the bare foot releases tightness in the plantar fascia and short foot muscles.

Roll Ball Foot Instructions
- Stand near a wall or rail for balance support.
- Place a small massage ball under the arch of one foot.
- Press into the ball with controlled pressure.
- Brace the core and keep the chest up.
- Roll the arch slowly over the ball.
- Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
- Cover the heel forefoot and arch.
- Continue for the working time then switch sides.
