Description
The roll ball deltoid posterior is a self myofascial release drill for the back of the shoulder. Pressing a ball into the rear delt against a wall or floor releases knots that limit overhead and pulling motion.

- Stand with one shoulder against a wall.
- Place a massage ball between the rear shoulder and the wall.
- Brace the core and keep the body tall.
- Press into the ball with controlled pressure.
- Roll the rear shoulder slowly over the ball.
- Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
- Adjust angle to cover the full rear delt.
- Continue for the working time then switch sides.
