Description

- Lie on the back with the legs straight.
- Place the hands at the sides palms down.
- Brace your core and keep the lower back on the floor.
- Lift one straight leg up toward ninety degrees.
- Lower the leg with control to the floor.
- Lift the other leg up to ninety degrees.
- Continue alternating in a marching pattern.
- Keep the motion controlled throughout.
