Lying Straight Leg Marches Instructions

  1. Lie on the back with the legs straight.
  2. Place the hands at the sides palms down.
  3. Brace your core and keep the lower back on the floor.
  4. Lift one straight leg up toward ninety degrees.
  5. Lower the leg with control to the floor.
  6. Lift the other leg up to ninety degrees.
  7. Continue alternating in a marching pattern.
  8. Keep the motion controlled throughout.
