Side Lying Leg Circle Instructions

  1. Lie on the side with the bottom leg bent for support.
  2. Stack the hips and shoulders.
  3. Lift the top leg straight up to hip height.
  4. Brace your core and keep the body still.
  5. Circle the leg forward and down.
  6. Continue the circle through the back.
  7. Bring the leg back up to the start.
  8. Reverse the direction. Finish then switch sides.
