- Lie flat on your back on the floor.
- Place your hands behind your head or at your sides.
- Lift the legs into the air with the knees bent.
- Brace your core hard.
- Pedal the legs as if riding a bicycle.
- Extend one leg while bringing the other knee in.
- Continue alternating in a smooth pedaling motion.
- Keep the lower back pressed into the floor.
