Lying Air Cycles Instructions

  1. Lie flat on your back on the floor.
  2. Place your hands behind your head or at your sides.
  3. Lift the legs into the air with the knees bent.
  4. Brace your core hard.
  5. Pedal the legs as if riding a bicycle.
  6. Extend one leg while bringing the other knee in.
  7. Continue alternating in a smooth pedaling motion.
  8. Keep the lower back pressed into the floor.
