Band Assisted Wheel Rollout

Band Assisted Wheel Rollout

Description

The band assisted wheel rollout uses a band anchored overhead and attached to the body to help the lifter return to the start of an ab wheel rollout. The band assistance allows for full range rollouts on the way out while easing the toughest pull back. It is a great ab wheel progression.
