Low Glute Bridge on Floor Instructions

  1. Lie on the back with the knees bent and feet flat.
  2. Place the arms at the sides palms down.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  4. Lift the hips just slightly off the floor.
  5. Squeeze the glutes hard at the small lift.
  6. Lower with control nearly back to the floor.
  7. Stop just before the hips touch and lift again.
  8. Continue the small range pulses.
