Lever Seated Squat

Lever Seated Squat

Description

The lever seated squat is performed in a seated position on a machine, with the back fully supported. By eliminating standing balance and lower back demands, the machine isolates the quads heavily. It is an excellent choice for direct quad work or for lifters with back limitations.
