The table top bridge rotation combines a reverse table top hold with a thoracic rotation. The lifter holds the body up like a table while reaching one arm under and over. It builds the glutes, shoulders, and thoracic mobility.

Table Top Bridge Rotation Instructions

  1. Sit on the floor with the legs bent and feet flat.
  2. Place the hands behind on the floor with fingers pointing back.
  3. Lift the hips up so the torso is parallel with the floor.
  4. Brace your core and squeeze the glutes.
  5. Lift one hand off the floor.
  6. Rotate the body to bring the hand under and across to the opposite side.
  7. Reverse the rotation overhead and back to start.
  8. Finish all reps then switch sides.
