Description
The table top bridge rotation combines a reverse table top hold with a thoracic rotation. The lifter holds the body up like a table while reaching one arm under and over. It builds the glutes, shoulders, and thoracic mobility.
Equipment Required
Table Top Bridge Rotation Instructions
- Sit on the floor with the legs bent and feet flat.
- Place the hands behind on the floor with fingers pointing back.
- Lift the hips up so the torso is parallel with the floor.
- Brace your core and squeeze the glutes.
- Lift one hand off the floor.
- Rotate the body to bring the hand under and across to the opposite side.
- Reverse the rotation overhead and back to start.
- Finish all reps then switch sides.
