Lever T Bar Romanian Deadlift
Description
The lever T-bar Romanian deadlift uses a T-bar or landmine setup to perform the Romanian deadlift hinge pattern. The T-bar pivot creates a slight arc in the bar path that differs from a standard barbell RDL, hitting the hamstrings and glutes from a different angle. The handles also allow a more comfortable grip for many lifters.
