Description

- Sit on a lever ab crunch machine with the resistance set.
- Position the body so the left side faces the lever.
- Grip the handles and set the chest pad against the torso.
- Brace your core and set the feet under the foot pads.
- Crunch the torso to the left bending sideways.
- Squeeze the left obliques hard at the bottom.
- Hold briefly at the contracted position.
- Return to the start with control. Complete reps.
