The lever one arm lateral high row is a unilateral high row on a lever pulldown style machine. The lifter sits and grips a single handle, then pulls it down and back with one arm. The single arm work isolates one lat at a time and builds back size symmetrically.

Equipment Required

Lever One Arm Lateral High Row Instructions

  1. Sit on a lever high row machine with the chest pad against the body.
  2. Grip a single handle with one hand.
  3. Set the arm extended up and out at the start.
  4. Brace your core and pinch the shoulder blade.
  5. Pull the handle down and back driving the elbow past the body.
  6. Squeeze the lat hard at the bottom.
  7. Return with control to the start.
  8. Complete reps and switch sides.
