- Sit on a lever high row machine with the chest pad against the body.
- Grip a single handle with one hand.
- Set the arm extended up and out at the start.
- Brace your core and pinch the shoulder blade.
- Pull the handle down and back driving the elbow past the body.
- Squeeze the lat hard at the bottom.
- Return with control to the start.
- Complete reps and switch sides.
