  1. Set up two parallel handles on a high cable pulldown station.
  2. Grab one handle in each hand with a neutral grip.
  3. Sit on the seat with the thighs locked under the pad.
  4. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  5. Pull the handles down toward the chest.
  6. Drive the elbows down and back to the sides.
  7. Squeeze the lats hard at the bottom.
  8. Return with control to the stretched position.
