Kicks Leg Bent II Instructions

  1. Set up on hands and knees in a quadruped position.
  2. Place the hands under the shoulders and knees under the hips.
  3. Keep one knee bent at ninety degrees.
  4. Brace your core and keep the back flat.
  5. Kick the bent leg up toward the ceiling.
  6. Drive the heel up so the sole faces the ceiling.
  7. Squeeze the glute hard at the top.
  8. Lower with control. Finish all reps then switch sides.
