Kettlebell Seated One Arm Military Press Instructions

  1. Sit on a bench with back support holding a kettlebell at the shoulder.
  2. Keep the wrist neutral and the kettlebell resting on the back of the forearm.
  3. Plant your feet flat and brace your core.
  4. Press the kettlebell straight up overhead.
  5. Lock out the elbow at the top with the kettlebell over your shoulder.
  6. Resist any side lean from the load.
  7. Lower the kettlebell back to the shoulder with control.
  8. Complete reps before switching sides.
