- Stand below a hangboard with sloping holds.
- Reach up and place the fingers on the slope.

- Lift your feet off the ground to hang from the slope.
- Press the fingers into the slope to hold the grip.
- Keep the body steady and avoid swinging.
- Lower your feet back down with control.
