Dumbbell Step Up Lunge
Description
The dumbbell step-up lunge is a compound lower-body exercise that combines a weighted step-up with a reverse lunge. After stepping up onto a box, you step back down into a reverse lunge before reversing the movement. It builds unilateral leg strength and trains balance under load.
