Description
The decline leg hip raise is a reverse crunch performed on a decline bench. The lifter lies on the decline bench with the head at the high end and grips a support overhead, then curls the hips up by lifting the legs over the body. The decline angle increases the load.

Decline Leg Hip Raise Instructions
- Set a decline bench with the head higher than the feet.
- Lie on the bench with head at the top.
- Grip the support behind the head with both hands.
- Brace your core and lift the legs up.
- Curl the hips up off the bench by driving the legs back over the body.
- Continue until the hips are lifted high.
- Squeeze the lower abs at the top.
- Lower the hips back down with control.
