Celebratory Knee Drives Instructions

  1. Stand tall with feet at hip-width.
  2. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  3. Bend the elbows and hold the arms in a running posture.
  4. Drive one knee up high in front of you.
  5. Pump the opposite arm up high at the same time.
  6. Quickly drop the leg back down.
  7. Drive the other knee up while pumping the other arm.
  8. Keep the rhythm fast and aggressive.
