Description
The leg front kick is a dynamic mobility drill where the lifter stands tall and kicks one leg straight up in front of the body. The kick dynamically stretches the hamstrings, hip flexors, and warms up the lower body. It is a key warm-up move.

Leg Front Kick Instructions
- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
- Brace your core lightly.
- Keep the back upright and chest up.
- Swing one leg straight up in front of you.
- Reach the opposite hand toward the lifted toe.
- Allow a dynamic stretch through the hamstrings.
- Lower the leg back down with control.
- Repeat alternating legs.
