Description
The cable shoulder 90 degrees internal rotation is a rotator cuff drill done with the upper arm at ninety degrees of abduction. The lifter rotates the forearm downward against cable tension. It builds the internal rotators and shoulder stability.

Cable Shoulder 90 Int Rotation Instructions
- Set a cable to head height with a single handle attached.
- Stand sideways to the cable with the working arm closest.
- Lift the working arm out to the side at shoulder height.
- Bend the elbow at ninety degrees with the forearm pointing up.
- Brace your core and keep the upper arm parallel to the floor.
- Rotate the forearm down toward the floor.
- Hold briefly at the rotated position.
- Return with control. Finish all reps then switch sides.
