Description
The cable seated foot inversion is a small-range exercise that strengthens the tibialis posterior and other inverter muscles by turning the foot inward against cable resistance. It is widely used in rehab settings for ankle stability and overuse injuries. Strong inverters protect the ankle and improve foot control.

Cable Seated Foot Inversion Instructions
- Attach an ankle strap to the low cable pulley.
- Sit on the floor or a bench with the cable to one side.
- Strap the cable to the foot closer to the cable.
- Extend the working leg straight in front of you.
- Keep the knee straight and the leg still.
- Turn the foot inward, toward your body.
- Pause briefly at the end range.
- Return slowly to the start. Complete reps on one side before switching.
