  1. Set an incline bench facing away from a low cable station.
  2. Attach a short bar or rope to a low cable pulley.
  3. Lie back on the incline bench with the cable behind you.
  4. Grip the attachment with a close underhand grip.
  5. Allow your arms to hang behind your body in a fully stretched position.
  6. Pin your shoulders back against the bench.
  7. Curl the attachment up by bending only at the elbows.
  8. Squeeze your biceps at the top, then lower with control to the stretched position.
