Description

Cable Bent Over Row with Bar Instructions

  1. Attach a straight bar to a low cable pulley.
  2. Stand facing the machine with feet at shoulder-width.
  3. Hinge at the hips with a flat back and slight knee bend.
  4. Grip the bar with hands wider than shoulder-width.
  5. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  6. Row the bar up to your lower chest by driving the elbows back.
  7. Squeeze the upper back at the top of the row.
  8. Lower the bar back down with control.
