Bottle Weighted Front Squat
Description
The bottle weighted front squat uses a water jug, sand-filled bottle, or any household weighted bottle held at chest level for a goblet-style front squat. The chest-loaded position emphasizes the quads and forces an upright torso. It is a strong choice for home training when no dumbbells are available.
