BW Standing Oblique Twist Instructions

  1. Stand with the feet shoulder width apart.
  2. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  3. Extend the arms straight out to the sides.
  4. Twist the torso to one side as far as possible.
  5. Keep the hips facing forward.
  6. Twist back through center to the other side.
  7. Use a steady controlled tempo.
  8. Continue alternating sides.
