Band Close Grip Push-Up
Description
The band close grip push-up adds a resistance band wrapped across the back during a close grip push-up. The band provides accommodating resistance, getting harder near the lockout where the triceps are strongest. The narrow hand position emphasizes the triceps over the chest.
