Weighted Standing Curl Instructions

  1. Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides with palms facing forward.
  3. Pin your elbows against your sides.
  4. Brace your core and pull your shoulders back.
  5. Curl both dumbbells up by bending only at the elbows.
  6. Continue until the dumbbells reach shoulder height.
  7. Squeeze the biceps hard at the top.
  8. Lower the dumbbells back down with control to full extension.
