  1. Hold a weight plate with both hands overhead.
  2. Stand with the feet hip width apart.
  3. Lock out the elbows overhead.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  5. March in place by lifting one knee up high.
  6. Lower the leg and lift the other knee up.
  7. Keep the plate stable overhead throughout.
  8. Continue marching in place.
