Tiger Tail Tricep
Description
The tiger tail tricep roll is a self-myofascial release move for the triceps. The lifter holds the stick massager and rolls it along the back of the upper arm. It is a useful recovery and warm-up move for tight triceps after pressing or arm work.

Tiger Tail Tricep Instructions
- Sit or stand and let one arm hang at your side.
- Hold the tiger tail stick by the handles with the other hand.
- Place the roller across the back of the upper arm near the elbow.
- Press down with moderate pressure into the tricep.
- Roll the stick up the tricep toward the shoulder.
- Pause on any tender spots to release the tissue.
- Roll back down toward the elbow and repeat.
- Continue several passes. Switch arms and repeat.
