- Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
- Grip the handles with palms facing down.
- Lean forward into the straps with arms bent.
- Set the elbows up at shoulder height behind you.
- Brace your core and keep the body straight.
- Extend the elbows to push the body away from the anchor.
- Lock out the elbows and squeeze the triceps hard.
- Bend the elbows back to the start with control.
