  1. Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
  2. Grip the handles with palms facing down.
  3. Lean forward into the straps with arms bent.
  4. Set the elbows up at shoulder height behind you.
  5. Brace your core and keep the body straight.
  6. Extend the elbows to push the body away from the anchor.
  7. Lock out the elbows and squeeze the triceps hard.
  8. Bend the elbows back to the start with control.
