Suspender Sprinter
Description
The suspender sprinter mimics the sprinter drive position using suspension straps. With handles held at chest level, you lean forward and explosively drive each knee up at high speed. The drill builds sprint mechanics and conditioning while the straps provide a fixed reference for the forward lean.

Suspender Sprinter Instructions
- Adjust suspension straps to about chest height.
- Grip both handles with arms extended toward the anchor.
- Step back to create tension and lean forward.
- Position your body in a slight forward lean from the ankles.
- Brace your core and stay light on your feet.
- Drive your right knee up explosively toward your chest.
- Quickly drive the leg back down and bring the left knee up.
- Continue alternating knee drives at maximum speed.
