The suspension trainer hamstring runner is a TRX hamstring exercise that combines a hamstring curl with a running motion. The lifter holds a hip bridge with feet in foot cradles and alternates curling each foot toward the hips. The alternating pattern builds hamstrings hard.

- Set the suspension trainer foot cradles low.
- Lie on your back and place the feet in the foot cradles.
- Set the arms at the sides on the floor.
- Brace your core and lift the hips up into a bridge.
- Hold the bridge with the body in a straight line.
- Curl one foot toward the hips by bending the knee.
- Extend that leg back out and curl the other foot toward the hips.
- Continue alternating curls in a running pattern.
