  1. Set the suspension trainer foot cradles low.
  2. Lie on your back and place the feet in the foot cradles.
  3. Set the arms at the sides on the floor.
  4. Brace your core and lift the hips up into a bridge.
  5. Hold the bridge with the body in a straight line.
  6. Curl one foot toward the hips by bending the knee.
  7. Extend that leg back out and curl the other foot toward the hips.
  8. Continue alternating curls in a running pattern.
