Description

- Hold a PVC stick or broomstick across your upper back.
- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
- Brace your core.
- Step forward into a deep lunge with your right leg.
- Lower your back knee toward the floor.
- Press your back hip forward for a hip flexor stretch.
- Rotate your torso to the right by twisting through the thoracic spine.
- Hold the stretch, then return to center and switch sides.
