Description

Stick Twist Lunge Stretch Instructions

  1. Hold a PVC stick or broomstick across your upper back.
  2. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
  3. Brace your core.
  4. Step forward into a deep lunge with your right leg.
  5. Lower your back knee toward the floor.
  6. Press your back hip forward for a hip flexor stretch.
  7. Rotate your torso to the right by twisting through the thoracic spine.
  8. Hold the stretch, then return to center and switch sides.
