The standing leg slide with towel uses a small towel under one foot on a smooth floor. Standing tall, you slide the foot out to the side and pull it back to train the adductors and glutes.

Standing Leg Slide with Towel Instructions

  1. Place a small towel under one foot on a smooth floor.
  2. Stand tall with the feet shoulder width apart.
  3. Brace the core and shift weight to the planted leg.
  4. Slide the towel foot out to the side by extending the leg.
  5. Stop when you feel a stretch in the inner thigh.
  6. Pull the towel foot back to the start by squeezing the inner thigh.
  7. Keep the planted leg slightly bent throughout.
  8. Repeat for all reps then switch sides.
