Standing Leg Slide with Towel Instructions
- Place a small towel under one foot on a smooth floor.
- Stand tall with the feet shoulder width apart.
- Brace the core and shift weight to the planted leg.
- Slide the towel foot out to the side by extending the leg.
- Stop when you feel a stretch in the inner thigh.
- Pull the towel foot back to the start by squeezing the inner thigh.
- Keep the planted leg slightly bent throughout.
- Repeat for all reps then switch sides.
