The standing balance hip rotation is a hip mobility drill done standing on one leg. The mover lifts the other knee and circles it in big patterns. It mobilizes the hip joint while training balance.

Standing Balance Hip Rotation Instructions
- Stand on one leg with a slight knee bend.
- Lift the other knee up to hip height.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Open the lifted knee out to the side in a circle.
- Continue the circle to behind the body.
- Bring the knee back to the front.
- Reverse the direction.
- Finish then switch sides.
