  1. Step into the hack squat sled and place your shoulders against the pads.
  2. Position your feet on the platform with feet close together.
  3. Release the safety handles and brace your core.
  4. Lower yourself by bending the knees.
  5. Sit your hips back as you descend.
  6. Continue down until your thighs are at or just below parallel.
  7. Drive through your heels and the balls of your feet to stand.
  8. Lock the safeties at the top after the final rep.
