Description
The self assisted inverted pullover is a hybrid pulldown move done lying under a low bar. The lifter uses leg drive to assist a pullover style pull. It builds the lats and chest with bodyweight load.

- Lie on the floor under a low bar with arms overhead gripping the bar.
- Bend the knees and place the feet flat.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Pull the body up by driving the elbows down to the sides.
- Use the legs to assist as needed.
- Squeeze the lats hard at the top.
- Lower with control to the start.
- Continue for the working set.
