  1. Sit on the floor with the legs extended.
  2. Place a massage ball under the inner calf.
  3. Bend the working knee to load the ball.
  4. Use the hands to add pressure.
  5. Brace the core and stay tall.
  6. Roll the inner calf slowly over the ball.
  7. Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
  8. Continue for the working time then switch sides.
