Roll Ball Pectoral Release Instructions

  1. Stand facing a wall with a massage ball in one hand.
  2. Place the ball against the chest near the shoulder.
  3. Press the body into the wall with the ball trapped between.
  4. Brace the core and stay tall.
  5. Roll the chest slowly over the ball.
  6. Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
  7. Cover the upper inner and outer chest.
  8. Continue for the working time then switch sides.
