Roll Ball Pectoral Release Instructions
- Stand facing a wall with a massage ball in one hand.
- Place the ball against the chest near the shoulder.
- Press the body into the wall with the ball trapped between.
- Brace the core and stay tall.
- Roll the chest slowly over the ball.
- Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
- Cover the upper inner and outer chest.
- Continue for the working time then switch sides.
