Description
The roll ball biceps brachii is a self myofascial release drill for the front of the upper arm. Pressing a small ball against the biceps and rolling slowly releases knots from heavy curling and pulling work.

- Stand next to a wall with a massage ball in one hand.
- Place the ball against the front of the upper arm.
- Press the arm into the wall with the ball trapped between.
- Brace the core and stay tall.
- Roll the biceps slowly over the ball.
- Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
- Cover the full length of the upper arm.
- Continue for the working time then switch sides.
