Potty Squat with Support Instructions
- Stand facing a sturdy pole, doorframe, or squat rack.
- Position your feet wider than shoulder-width with toes pointed slightly out.
- Reach forward and grip the support with both hands.
- Brace your core and keep your chest up.
- Squat down by sitting your hips back and lowering between your feet.
- Continue down until your hips are below your knees.
- Use the support to stay balanced and pull yourself deeper.
- Hold the deep squat and breathe, then stand back up using the support.
