Squat Mobility Twist
Description
The squat mobility twist is a mobility drill performed in a deep squat hold. From the bottom position, you rotate the torso to one side and reach the same-side arm overhead. The combination opens the hips and adductors while improving thoracic spine rotation. It is a strong warm-up or cooldown drill.
