  1. Stand tall with the feet shoulder width apart.
  2. Raise both arms out to the sides at shoulder height.
  3. Keep the arms straight with a slight elbow bend.
  4. Brace the core and keep the shoulders down.
  5. Rotate both palms to face down.
  6. Then rotate both palms to face up.
  7. Continue switching the palm position while holding the arms up.
  8. Continue for the working set.
