- Stand tall with the feet shoulder width apart.
- Raise both arms out to the sides at shoulder height.
- Keep the arms straight with a slight elbow bend.
- Brace the core and keep the shoulders down.
- Rotate both palms to face down.
- Then rotate both palms to face up.
- Continue switching the palm position while holding the arms up.
- Continue for the working set.
