Description
Lying around the world draws large circles with both legs while lying on your back. The circular leg path loads the core from every angle — lower abs, obliques, and hip flexors all work through the circumference of the circle.

Lying Around the World Instructions
- Lie on your back. Arms at your sides or gripping behind your head for support.
- Raise both legs a few inches off the floor.
- Draw a large clockwise circle with your legs — right, up, left, down.
- Keep legs together and straight throughout.
- Complete circles clockwise, then reverse counterclockwise.
- Maintain lower back contact with the floor.
- Aim for 5 to 8 circles per direction.
- The larger the circle, the harder the exercise.
